Position Overview
The SVP/ Head of Services for Verisk Casualty will be responsible for overseeing our Medicare services solutions and production teams including Allocation Services; Lien Services; and Medical/ QA reporting directly into the President of Casualty Solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leader of the Verisk Medicare services organization: ensure cohesive alignment across product development, client experience, employee experience, staffing, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Oversee and optimize production teams.
- Identify and execute on automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Align and optimize customer experience for consistency.
- Lead budget planning and resource allocation across service teams, working collaboratively with IT/ sales/ marketing leadership.
- Foster a continued strong culture of collaboration, creativity, and high-performance standards, maintaining or exceeding current levels of engagement.
- Collaborate with senior executive leadership to set overall goals and key performance metrics.
- Ensure that services are compliant with evolving Medicare and healthcare regulations.
- Mentor team members into leadership roles, creating a pipeline of future leaders at Verisk.
- Client Relationship Management – ensure customer retention and satisfaction as a senior point of contact for high-priority clients.

- Services Automation/ Margin Expansion. Under your leadership and strategic vision, Verisk Casualty deploys new technologies to automate and drive efficiencies to the services process.

Qualifications:
- College Degree/ Masters Preferred
- 10+ years Insurance/ Medicare Services Experience
- Large Team/ Executive leadership
- Experience in P&L Ownership
- Experience in project management and product strategy
- Ability to build trust and strong, collaborative working relationships with product leadership, product team members, and cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, HR)
