Federal client facing role focused on providing deep technical knowledge and expertise of the Oracle Health HDI (formerly HealtheIntent) platform, including integration points between solutions, data onboarding, and identity management.
Senior consulting position operating independently to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
Minimum Requirements:
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. This position also requires obtaining Federal clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with the engagement management team to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client as committed.
- Support consistency in design delivery across clients and assist in matching data sources to design requirements.
- Guide project teams in translating workflows to technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the client project team, and internal consulting and development teams to maximize client value.
- Lead complex client discussions around identity management strategies and data and platform security.
- Provide platform, solution, and troubleshooting expertise and drive data quality in client environment.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Range and benefit information:
US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
