We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager with a specialized focus on Data, Analytics, Data Science, and AI. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the CPG industry and will be responsible for developing and executing a robust go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Data & AI services within the CPG industry.
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders and clients to originate new opportunities and foster business growth.
- Drive sales and pursue opportunities related to Data & AI.
- Manage and lead teams, focusing on talent development and capability growth.
- Leverage industry expertise to provide strategic insights and solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network across various capabilities beyond Data & AI to enhance service delivery.
- Lead and execute projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging the team to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service and solutions.
- Demonstrate strong experience in data science, machine learning, and AI.
- Develop analytics strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Understand and implement data governance and data strategy.
- Bridge the gap between technical and business worlds with a comprehensive understanding of both.
- Generate insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
Important: Travel for this position will range from 0-100%.
Here’s what you need
- 7 years of proven experience in Data & AI within the CPG industry with proficiency in at least one of the following: data science, analytics strategy, data engineering and/or data visualization.
- 3 years of leadership experience including managing teams, developing talent, leading projects, and driving innovation within the team.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with different capabilities.
- A proactive approach to client engagement and opportunity origination.
- Solid track record in sales and the pursuit of Data & AI-related opportunities to an internal or external client.
- Ability to develop and execute an analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Knowledge of data governance, data strategy, and data engineering.
- Proficiency in insight generation and its impact on business strategy.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
