Job Responsibilities:
- Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise.
- Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives.
- Advises senior leadership and business partners in the Court Order organization on new and inflight complex initiatives, as well as recommend process improvements by providing guidance as a technical expert in procedure and system knowledge.
- Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business.
- Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs and projects.
- Oversees end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Legal Order - Court Order experience.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced/changing environment; flexible to balance multiple needs and competing priorities; and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential risks and appropriately identify and engage key partners for discussion, escalation, and resolution. Strong research, analysis, and fact-based decision making. Expected to look beyond the issue at hand and raise questions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to partner at various levels to drive business initiatives.
- Ability to understand complex legal documents and requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Executive Presence -- Able to communicate across the organization at all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
