Privileged Access Management Risk Lead - Vice President - Engineering
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team builds and operates the core identity, authentication and authorization platforms for Goldman Sachs Engineering. The team is responsible for these platforms across institutional clients, workforce users and engineering services run at the firm.
What we are doing:
As part of the firm's IAM strategy, the firm operates several Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems that allow the firm's production engineers to conduct operations in a safe and effective manner. We are looking for an experienced lead to provide risk oversight and program management for this effort. A successful candidate will work with engineering teams that deliver PAM solutions, risk governance functions at all lines, and the engineering teams embedded in the business; as well as representing the risks associated with PAM within the firm's enterprise risk management framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Substantial experience of technology risk management in tightly-regulated environments, such as financial services.
- Familiarity with IAM as a risk domain.
- Ability to manipulate data to create ad-hoc reports, mine data for trends, and work with engineers to automate reporting.
- Experience with enterprise risk management, including issue management and KPI/KRI definition.
- Previous responsibility for oversight of risk management programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with PAM as a risk sub-domain with IAM.
- Previous experience implementing PAM programs in financial services environments.
- Awareness of PAM system capabilities, limitations and industry trends.
- Ability to develop reporting and data analytics in Python, R or similar tooling.
