Your Role and Responsibilities
As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Execute regression test scripts within a Quality Assurance landscape to support scheduled and unscheduled releases.
- Record test results within the applicable test tracking tool.
- Develop / Update / Maintain automated test scripts based on test plans submitted by developers.
- Capture, analyze, report, escalate, triage and resolve issues / defects / bugs found during regression testing.
- Create, update, and maintain test strategy, standard operating procedures, processes, policies.
This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- A minimum of 10 years SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more SAP functional/module areas in SAP modules.
- Knowledge of Agile concepts.
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills with project teams to identify beneficial automation candidates.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher - US Citizenship is required.

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
