Job Overview
We are looking for a Sr. CRMA Analyst to support our Salesforce eco-system. The Sr. CRM Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA, formerly known as Einstein Analytics). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, data analytics, and business intelligence, with the technical skills to present actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Highlights of your role
- Work with stakeholders across several business units and functions to define reporting and analytics requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's business processes and customer journeys and how to connect them to data.
- Design and develop visually appealing and easily digestible Salesforce CRM Analytics data applications, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Improve performance in CRMA, including optimizing queries, building scalable recipes, and designing reusable datasets.
- Lead the design of data transformation processes, including dataflows and datasets, as well as create dashboard wireframes and stories describing their function.
- Prepare data for visualization (e.g., data profiling, data cleansing, volume assessment, partitioning, modeling data, etc.).
- Ensure related metrics across business units are aligned with strategic priorities.
- Analyze, monitor, and identify trends in key performance metrics.
- Identify gaps in metrics that may lead to actionable insights.
- Communicate and present insights to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce CRM Analytics and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to existing solutions.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven ability to tell a story through visualizations and data, specifically CRM data.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data collection and process standardization.
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM and Salesforce reports.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Salesforce CRM Analytics.
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques, such as Salesforce Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs.
- Skilled in dashboard visualization development best practices.
- Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills and experience managing large data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Also want to make sure you have
- Salesforce certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is highly preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Experience with BigQuery, Google Analytics, and marketing attribution models.
- Experience mentoring other analysts and data engineers.
