Join our team as our Accounts Receivable Officer.
Take responsibility for our Accounts Receivable process end-to-end. This is a permanent role based at our Embleton head office. Join our friendly helpful team and work collaboratively as part of our tight-knit Accounts team.
About the Role
You will have full responsibility for Accounts Receivable function. You will ensure that all Accounts Receivable tasks are completed on time, with 100% accuracy, in a friendly and reliable manner. You will look to improve our Accounts Receivable processes, so we are running ‘best practice’.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Customer invoicing (incl credit notes)
- Track customer payments (confirm upcoming & chase overdue)
- Customer accounts liaison (first point-of-contact)
- Bank and customer account reconciliations
- Setup & maintain customer accounts (incl credit limits)
- Trade credit insurance administration
- Aged debtor reporting
- Accounts team support (incl month end)
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. You will have at least five years of Accounts Receivable experience with end-to-end responsibility for Accounts Receivable process.
