The Vice President of Data Science, AI, and Analytics oversees a team of directors and analysts who support both MedAdvisor Solutions clients and internal business development teams. This role involves collaboration with clinical, data, and technology teams. It requires a strategic thinker skilled in sophisticated analysis and exceptional client presentation. Dedication to extracting insights that drive client brand growth and enhance MAS reputation through forming partnerships is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver insightful client presentations that effectively convey analytical findings and recommendations, crafting compelling narratives aligned with client objectives to drive actionable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to discern client needs and deliver tailored solutions with succinct presentations, driving client satisfaction and retention through compelling, action-oriented insights.
- Apply advanced analytics tools and methodologies to manage analytic protocols from design to measurements, conducting exhaustive analyses of brand performance, market trends, patient behaviors, and the competitive landscape.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the efficacy of brand programs, anticipating client needs and proactively developing innovative solutions to address emerging challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continually enhance analytical capabilities, fostering thought leadership within the organization by sharing insights and recommendations for brand innovation.
- Mentor and cultivate team members to enhance their analytical prowess, presentation finesse, and client management acumen, offering guidance on analytical methodologies, data interpretation, and effective communication techniques.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base encompassing brand analytics best practices, case studies, and industry benchmarks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.
- Spearhead innovation initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of brand analytics processes, exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to improve data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration between the brand analytics team and other departments, regularly disseminating insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in brand analytics, market research, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in the following:
- Data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g. SAS, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Leading successful client presentations and delivering actionable insights.
- Managing and mentoring a team of analysts and/or consultants.
