JOB TITLE: TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

We are looking for an accomplished self-motivated, and self-starter to join our great team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator-2 (aka, Recruiting Coordinator) to work as part of an integrated team to deliver internal customer satisfaction and an outstanding candidate experience. You must be proactive, analytical/detailed oriented, skilled in MS applications and databases. You must have strong oral and written communications skills and above all, you must be dependable. As a member of M.C. Dean's TA team, you will provide a wide range of talent acquisition related activities in support of and in collaboration with your TA and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) hiring partners. This role is essential to M.C. Dean's success and reputation in that you will interact with candidates, external parties, and colleagues throughout the TA process to attract and hire high caliber talent to meet our business commitments. The position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

- Location: Washington Metro Area - Hybrid. Combination remote & In person, Corp Office visits, Project Site visits.
- Significant Travel and Traveling on short notice required.
- Work Authorization: Must have verifiable work authorization to work in the United States.

- Experience with high volume construction recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on daily candidate activity.
- Ensuring accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Data and TA Documents and Files.
- Posting and Managing Job Postings using our ATS, Search Sites, Associations, Universities, etc.
- Scheduling and facilitating Interviews (Phone, On-Line, and On-Site).
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of events as required.
- Assisting with the offer and new hire processes including travel and logistics.
- Assisting with compiling information for reports and weekly reviews.
- Helping to ensure consistent policies, practices, procedures throughout the TA process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
- Education:
- Associate's degree with 2-3 years of experience or
- High School Diploma with 4-5 years of experience.
- Excellent understanding of OFCCP and EEOC compliance policies and procedures.
- Very strong administrative skills.
- Very Strong to Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or databases.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organization skills to achieve team objectives.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must Be Dependable, Self-Driven, Proactive, and a Team-Player.
