The Senior GTM & Channel Enablement Manager – Partners is a meaningful role within the overall GTM & Channel Enablement team, reporting to the Director GTM & Channel Enablement Mobile. It is a key operational role within Optus, with overall accountability for ensuring the effective GTM strategic delivery of relevant tactical or strategic consumer product or marketing propositions campaigns in a timely and impactful manner that are specific for our Non-Branded Partners. At times, the SNR GTM & Channel Enablement Manager will support other GTM initiatives to then in return build out tailored frontline enablement for Partners channels however ensuring Partners requirements are included in the overall end to end execution.
Your day in the life of at Optus:
- Tactical Execution: Responsible for driving customer-facing initiatives in the Postpaid portfolio to meet annual operating plan (AOP) targets through effective product offers.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work across various channels and teams to ensure impactful go-to-market programs and translate strategies into customer-led actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Act as a customer advocate, focusing on customer insights and experiences, while seeking innovative ways to improve GTM strategies and processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison among product, sales, service, and marketing teams, ensuring strong customer focus and compliance with industry practices.
- Compliance and Governance: Coordinate GTM risk and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to key processes to improve communication quality and reduce incidents.
- Channel Enablement: Develop tailored front line enablement and learning to support partners in frontline readiness for major go-to-market initiatives.
Your skills to pay the bills:
- Proven experience in GTM telecommunications, product, marketing, CVM, or similar areas.
- Demonstrated ability in complex stakeholder management.
- Marketing plan development including positioning, promotion, and pricing.
- Ability to turn strategy into viable and effective business execution.
- Telecommunications or other service proven experience.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or Engineering.
