The Finance organization is responsible for leading and participating in a number of critical functions including: supporting executive management decisions making by analyzing results, assessing strategic alternatives and developing strategic plans; communicating financial results and forecasts with critical stakeholders, including executive management and Board of Directors, shareholders and regulators; managing the Company’s balance sheet, including interest rate and liquidity risks; establishes the Company’s capital policies and prioritizes investments; develops and implements controls to reduce operational risk; developing and maintaining financial data and systems. The Finance organization works across functions and Business lines in the Company, requiring a broad understanding of our business, risk and strategy.
The Director, Treasury leads the team(s) responsible for the day-to-day operations ensuring Capital Planning processes are effective and meet internal and external standards safeguarding the company's position. The incumbent also completes and complex analysis and projects.
Manages the capital management and stress testing functions on behalf of the company. Formulates and updates policies and guidelines on the planning and management of the company's capital resources. Generates and analyzes stress testing results including ensuring appropriate governance is applied.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Manage the team responsible for analyzing, reporting and mitigating a component of Capital Management Processes.
- Develop team members by coaching to enhance leadership skills and subject matter expertise.
- Analyze strategies to improve balance-sheet and capital efficiency and adherence to established risk limits.
- Implement policies and procedures (including risk limits, reporting requirements, stress testing requirements, etc.) and contribute to a strong internal control environment in the Treasury functions.
- Ensure the Capital Management function effectively assesses, manages and reports on risk.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including Executive Management, Board of Directors, Rating Agencies and Investors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent field.
- 9+ Years Experience in banking, corporate treasury & capital market.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lead, influence and direct peers, subordinates and senior level Management.
- Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
- Ability to make effective decision making on complex matters.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt and adjust to multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Salary: $166,500 - $225,000/year
