We are currently seeking a Director of Human Resources who is dedicated to making a significant impact by providing expert guidance in areas such as workforce planning, organizational development, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and talent management.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience starting at $130,000.00/yr.
How you will make an impact:
- Coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, employment practices, and other HR programs to help drive high-performing teams.
- Manage change related to Human Capital programs and HR goal achievements.
- Enhance and build the capability of the business by incorporating the people component into strategic planning, development, and assessment.
- Establish a positive employment environment that will enable us to recruit, develop, and retain the best employees.
- Maintain an awareness for management on issues of workplace discrimination and related issues.
- Develop ideas to enhance the work environment, improve employee engagement, and strengthen employee relations.
What you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of management in Human Resources is required.
- Minimum of 5 years managing enterprise-wide projects and managing business/strategic process improvements experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years of Human Capital, Human Resources, or Organizational Development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification a plus.
