Job Purpose
The Project Management Office oversees the planning and implementation of Med-Metrix's Technology Stack. Our suite of proprietary technology offerings spans the entire revenue cycle and supports Patient Access, Patient Engagement, Denials Management, Billing and AR-Follow-up, Contract Management, Vendor Management, and Reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Project Managers with a focus on our Revenue Cycle Technology implementations.
- Work with internal sales, data, operations, and technical contacts along with client stakeholders to define the project’s objectives and manage all implementation tasks.
- To deliver the project according to plan, attain resources and use influence to manage the internal project team, clients, and third-party contractors and/or consultants. Identify, assess, and minimize project risks until project completion.
Plan the project
- Collaborate with Product Implementation teams to define the scope of projects, and create detailed project plans to identify and sequence implementation activities including:
- Design
- Build
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- End-User Training
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule per business needs.
Implement the project
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including appropriate staff in the organization, on the progress of the project.
- Lead customer-facing meetings and distribute meeting minutes post-calls that highlight all risks and next steps.
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure it meets project standards.
- Escalate all outstanding items and identified risks in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

- Experience with classroom-based software training preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Ability to lead cross-functional internal and external calls with confidence
- Independent and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn
Working Conditions
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
- Travel to client sites will be required
- General office environment
