Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our applications team to ensure the OverShield system provides real-time monitoring and data analytics for refrigeration systems. Your primary focus will be maintaining refrigeration system performance, while the applications team manages the diagnostic aspect of OverShield reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of refrigeration systems and components, including sensors, thermostats, and control systems.
- Monitor system parameters (temperature, pressure, airflow) to detect abnormalities.
- Respond to alarms during normal business hours from the OverShield system, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Work with the applications team to analyze reports and develop strategies to optimize performance.
- Provide technical support and share best practices with the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting refrigeration systems.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
