Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in credit, modeling, financial technology, or data science, or 3 years in addition to an advanced degree.
- 1+ years previous management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Python, Excel, SQL, and other analytic tools.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with consumer lending.
- Strong understanding of Quantitative Financial Analysis.
- Ability to understand profit implications of complex risk concepts.
- Adept at data processing and modeling with previous experience taking quantitative models to production.
