Eaton’s ES AMER HQ MFGSC division is currently seeking a Systems Analyst - Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan). The position will be based at our Duncan, SC facility. It is a cost-center service organization with the central purpose of providing value added logistics support for the distribution, sales and service of electrical products and components, in the US & internationally for the Electrical Sector, Americas Region.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $52,499.97 - $93,100.00 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What you’ll do:
Essential Functions:
- Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource.
- Engages appropriate expert resources when complex support issues arise outside of the WMS-Manhattan and/or SAP application.
- Works with managers and supervisors to successfully close support service request issues and support testing activities.
- Works with project teams to help implement, maintain, and improve Internal Systems.
- Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to site management and client management (as appropriate).
- Will test and coordinate modifications to the system when needed and troubleshoot problems when they occur.
- In collaboration with IT determine ways to store, organize, analyze, use, and present data.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities in relation to their WMS expertise.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum Two (2) years of experience with a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP system.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with WMS systems (preferred Manhattan).
- Experience with SAP.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Lean/Six Sigma Certified.
