This department is responsible for generating over 4 million dollars of fees for our advisors. As a non-captive agency, our planning department is an asset to our 215 advisors, who utilize our services for product illustrations and more. This role will be in charge of the department and its 5 experienced financial planners. This role is a salary staff position with full benefits and PTO. Responsibilities:
- Head of Planning department and dispersing workload across the planning department
- Meet and conquer Quarterly and Annual goals
- Report to the CEO's and become a liaison for our tenured advisors
Qualifications:
- Must be a fully licensed Certified Financial Planner
- Must be able to be in office at our Dunwoody office (1050 Crown Point Pkwy)
- Must have experience running a team of financial planners
Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
