Intown Smile Studio is now hiring a Full Time Dental Patient and Insurance Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia!
We are seeking a new Full Time Dental Patient and Insurance Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals.
Full Time Patient and Insurance Coordinator Schedule:
Tuesday - Thursday 6:30AM - 3:30PM
Friday 6:30AM - 2:30PM

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for verification of insurance and insurance coordination
- Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
- Patient check in/out
- Answers incoming calls
- Confirm appointments
- Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Experience with Fee For Service/Out of Network Dental Insurance required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Reliable and collaborative team member
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
