Job Overview
350 Bed Hospital. The CFO will report to the system Chief Financial Officer. The incumbent maintains an in depth understanding of the Region’s operations and its financial information needs and provides financial leadership and decision making. The CFO will be accountable for communication, finance related initiatives, and financial performance for all Business Units within their purview.
The CFO will have oversight of all the Finance Officers that directly support the Business Units, as well as those that support network and specialty services. In this capacity, the CFO will lead the Finance Officer team in the development of strategic financial plans as well as the optimization of the operations of the various Business Units. The CFO will provide ongoing leadership and mentorship of the Finance Officers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field OR CPA required
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership
- Proven hands-on financial, strategic and operational planning, budgeting, decision support, and revenue development
- Broad based knowledge of health care operations, which may include health systems, hospitals, and medical groups
- Possess excellent financial and analytical skills, as well as insightful business acumen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $275,000.00 - $305,000.00 per year
