Koch Global Services (KGS) has an exciting opportunity to add an Enterprise Architect to our team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for advancing technology strategies that enable and accelerate KGS's business goals across various capabilities (IT, Facilities, HR, Data Analytics, Finance, etc.). In this role, you will evaluate, advise, develop, and advance KGS's technology, organization, business application, and infrastructure strategies and implement large-scale, innovative IT solutions that drive business transformation.
Our Team
The KGS Enterprise Architecture team supports and focuses on the business technology needs of KGS by bringing a cohesive architectural approach across disparate business units and technologies. We are focused on developing, aligning, and prioritizing technology strategies that consolidate and reduce duplication to drive and accelerate business transformation.
What You Will Do
- Interface with all levels of the organization to identify business opportunities, support strategic projects, guide long-term technology innovation changes, and enable and drive business transformation.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide technology strategies aligned with KGS's business objectives.
- Identify alternative architectural approaches and create recommendations based on economic analysis and business requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, innovative IT solutions that drive business transformation across various business capabilities.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs and drive growth.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Leadership skills with the ability to identify and bring together stakeholders to influence and guide teams towards achieving business objectives.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments and understanding of business process analysis principles.
- Experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, technology architecture design, or systems integration.
- Experience in information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, infrastructure and operations, and Enterprise and IT architecture delivery methodologies.
