Moe's Southwest Grill is a locally owned and operated business in Vernon, CT. We are looking for a manager to lead our team. If you have previous management experience, this is a great opportunity to expand your career. We offer paid training.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and food preparation. Responsible for managing staff schedules, hiring, and training. Work as part of a team to ensure all team members are following recipes, procedures, and standards of quality.
- Establish daily production goals and monitor staff performance. Ensure that all food orders are prepared and delivered on time. Ensure that all menu items are prepared and delivered as scheduled.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper rotation of inventory items in compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, complying with sanitation regulations and keeping the work area clean at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation (must be able to lift up to 50lbs).
- Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience.
- Must have valid Driver's License.
- Must have open availability.
- Valid Servsafe certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
