Job Description
As a Strategic Program Partner, you will work closely with business leaders, the GLD leadership team, and key stakeholders across the ServiceNow landscape to lead, orchestrate, and deliver needle-moving initiatives for the business. You will execute best practices and engagement models that raise the bar on how we execute.
In this role, the organization will rely on you to set standards, simplify complexity, and navigate a diverse cohort of stakeholder organizations. By providing best-in-class project and program management services, you will deliver value for strategic initiatives prioritized by Global Learning and Development.
What You Get to Do in This Role
- Act as a key contributor to a lean team that will develop and drive the execution standards, practices, and delivery of strategic initiatives via program and project management services for the training and enablement organization.
- Deliver agile and quality services within a set tiered engagement for approved strategic initiative delivery that ensures consistency and quality of execution.
- Lead critical strategic projects; ensure high-quality delivery, work cross-functionally to structure problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses to turn data into meaningful insights, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous, data-driven process.
- Ensure quantitative business outcomes and value are at the forefront of all we do — generate business insights through program data, learnings, and results.
- Drive a consistent rhythm of both qualitative insights and feedback gathering to ensure we are meeting stakeholders where they are and that our business is effectively positioned to drive outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders, providing clear calls to action, support, and resources to execute operational tasks and employee strategies via sound project management rigor.
- Engage with peers and stakeholders, championing observable best practices, feedback loops, and agility in all we do.
- In partnership with leaders in the GLD and the larger business, facilitate program events, outcomes, and communications that inspire, clarify, and excite the GLD Organization to do the best work of their careers.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in strategy/planning, business operations, program management, and/or a similar role in a technology company.
- Effective and mature communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business, technical, and operations discussions.
- Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (including executive audiences).
- A strategic mindset to drive consistency and follow-through with leadership and the overall organization, with the thoughtful ability to blend data, insights, and context to provide relevant guidance to stakeholders.
- The ability to lead, influence, and mobilize multiple internal collaborators (including top executives) and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills, taking a data-informed, analytical approach to draw upon business insights where information is incomplete.
- A results-oriented attitude — you have an appetite for driving business impact and execution, even in a highly autonomous role.
- A self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent related professional experience is preferred.
Not sure if you meet every qualification? We still encourage you to apply! We value inclusivity, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds, including non-traditional paths. Unique experiences enrich our team, and the willingness to dream big makes you an exceptional candidate!
