(UHS) has built an impressive record of achievement and performance. UHS is currently recruiting for a CEO for Riverside Medical Clinic in Riverside County, CA. Serving the community for over 85 years, RMC is a premier multi-specialty physician practice that employs more than 180 physicians and advanced practice providers in seven physician offices and two ASC's located in Murrieta, Eastvale, Jurupa, Temescal Valley, and Riverside.
The CEO provides leadership, direction, and ongoing administration and management for all aspects of RMC operations and ensures regulatory and RMC policies and procedures are implemented for efficient, effective management of all clinics.
This leader also:
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, compliance, training and education, policies and procedures, and best practices.
- Provides guidance to Regional Directors on issues related to financial and operational performance.
- Serves as a key member of the leadership team and serves as Ethics & Compliance Officer for the RMC.
- Works effectively with the physician recruiting function and hospital liaisons to support the placement of qualified physicians.
- Assesses business plan and develops new clinic sites.
- Leads payer strategy and contracting and population health initiatives.

Qualifications· Five to eight years of physician practice management experience or healthcare management experience is required.
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in Business, Health Administration, or other closely related field.
· Experience in managing multiple physician practices across a wide geographic area is preferred.
· Must be able to motivate, inspire, and communicate with individuals and groups.
· Strong understanding of the financial management, and business and clinical operations of a medical group practice.
· Knowledge of fiscal management techniques, revenue cycle management, and third-party reimbursement.
