Job Description
Razorfish is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Data Science and Analytics. This role will be responsible for analytics and reporting, data strategy, and optimization recommendations to enable a data-driven performance marketing program.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on analyses on large volumes of transaction, marketing, and customer level data.
- Manage, execute, and deliver analyses such as: marketing performance analysis, growth analytics, customer segmentation, cross channel analysis, A/B testing performance etc.
- Package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs.
- Support the development of measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from senior team members and internal stakeholders.
- Independently deliver results and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Deepen analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.
- Develop subject matter expertise in a key domain.
- Develop data strategy in building performance dashboards to measure effective marketing performance.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts on the team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience including working within an intensively client-focused model such as an external consulting or marketing services firm.
- Strong problem identification and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in developing data-centered communications with senior clients.
- An understanding of methods in strategic analysis and its applications in customer segmentations, media and advertising optimization solutions, personalization systems, and forecasting.
- Experience in interpreting results of statistical analysis.
- Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to tell a story using data.
- Passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
- Experience in dashboard development and design with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience in statistical programming in R and/or Python is a plus.
- Email marketing or Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $179,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
