This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: a RVP, Major Sales. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee a sales team of 6-8 Account Executives across the Pacific Northwest/Mountain Region for Major Accounts, focusing on account sizes from 400 to 5K employee organizations. The role includes all aspects of sales leadership working with direct AE's, sales operations, marketing, and product marketing.
Job Duties:
- Align closely with individual AE's within region.
- Host quarterly meetings and weekly one on one's with direct reports.
- Report pipeline, commit, and overall health of the teams to RVP each week.
- Manage to region's activity and marketing programs.
- Field Involvement: Engage frequently onsite as executive sponsorship on larger opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to help influence regional materials needed to be successful.
- Serve as a liaison to marketing on pipeline management for all program types including digital marketing, demand generation and field marketing.
- Involved in field marketing events in region as an executive sponsor.
- Work with BDR leadership to drive programs around team and region.
- Assist with the hiring process.
- Work closely with Sales Operations to generate reports/dashboards/updates to teams.
- Design reporting to provide leadership with key information required to manage the business.
- Define AE prospecting expectations and ensure programs are effective.
- Serve as a liaison to channel sales leadership to coordinate joint go-to-market efforts.
- Focus on account-based marketing and sales strategies to ensure we are penetrating the highest potential accounts in market.
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure effective go-to-market coordination, campaign management.
- Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to senior executives and key constituents in the business.
Desired Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of equivalent experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Must have High Tech industry and preferably SaaS experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience managing teams of at least 8-10 people.
- Highly metrics oriented with detailed sales process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coaching and leading teams through the sales cycle and process.
- Onsite involvement and engagement in deals.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of routes to market (inside, field, channel, and strategic partner sales).
- Experience with designing and executing tailored outbound sales strategies to help teams engage senior level decision makers at larger more complex companies.
- Professional with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights, and develop programs to drive performance within the region.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military and/or work experience.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $328,000 and $426,400 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
