Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Position Overview
As a Product Manager you will evaluate Industrial applications, provide product solutions, and strive to foster a strong relationship with our Vendor Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and sales support
- Go on sales calls and schedule appointments with potential new Morrell accounts
- Help provide technical training at 2 product training meetings (PTM) per year
- Establish root cause of possible failures to machines and plan corrective action with the right product of applications
- Achieve mutually agreed upon annual corporate sales goals for all products applicable to the industrial market
- Provide training to Morrell sales staff relative to applications and products
- Foster a positive team environment by assisting co-workers
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with engineers and technical designers to determine and deliver appropriate customer solutions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is sedentary. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting of items such as a laptop computer, printers, servers, paper, books, and small parts; driving an automobile, etc.
Work Environment
While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to general office environment. Overnight travel may be required, but seldom; work outside normal business hours is required from time to time.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 1-5 years industry experience minimum
