Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Management or equivalent practical experience
- Any experience leading and managing a team with direct and indirect reports
- 5+ years of software development or product management experience with demonstrated success delivering new products and experiences to market
- Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drive decisions which enhance the customer experience
- Demonstrated experience creating and using strategy to solve complex problems
Desired - 3+ years of eCommerce experience at a retailer with brick and mortar stores
- Any experience using Atlassian products
Any experience with iterative product development (Agile) - Partner with stakeholders and consumer insights to develop product vision, identify capabilities aligned to company strategy and go-to-market plans, communicate and create alignment with stakeholders including company officers and senior management.
- Create requirements and future enhancements roadmap to support plans to meet OKRs, deliver differentiated personalized experiences, and increase engagement
- Create highly collaborative working environments partnering with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Key Retailing, Divisions, Marketing, Creative Services, Media Services, 84.51, and Kroger Technology & Digital
- Model Agile principles to increase speed and frequency of delivery by maintaining and communicating groomed backlog, providing 1-N prioritization for backlog and set criteria for Minimum Viable Product
- Provide leadership direction to direct and matrixed core team members, incorporating feedback from across all functions within product strategy and roadmap
- Create, maintain and communicate product roadmaps including near-term delivery/releases and 1-2 year product evolution
- Define product strategy, features and criteria for evaluating vendors/partners to make ongoing buy-build or partner decisions
- Identify opportunities to create best-in-class capabilities leveraging customer & user feedback, team knowledge and expertise, and connecting to company strengths and resources
- Develop the plan and deliver breakthrough experiences to market working with technical and non-technical partners
- Measure, improve and continuously deliver to production
- Travel to work locations to attend company meetings
- Travel to interview/observe the users and/or customers
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
