Nextera Robotics is currently seeking a highly qualified Deployment Operations Manager with a background in IT. The Deployment Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of robotics equipment across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement deployment strategies to ensure robots and software are deployed efficiently and effectively.
Lead and manage deployment teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
Work with construction teams to ensure that deployments are properly integrated with existing infrastructure.
Collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve issues related to deployment and maintenance of robots.
Manage the deployment of robots and equipment across the US.
Develop and maintain documentation related to deployment processes and procedures.
Hire and supervise a team of remote deployment technicians.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, including experience with deployment and maintenance of software, networks, or robots.
Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment tools like Linux, CLI, Docker, AWS.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
