We are currently seeking a dedicated Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will focus solely on conducting market research, data implementation, analyzing industry trends, and providing valuable insights to support our investment sales business.
As a Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing data to generate actionable insights for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting market research, maintaining comprehensive databases of property and market data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and investment opportunities, utilizing data mining techniques and property/ownership lookup tools.
- Utilize data mining and property/ownership lookup tools to gather information.
- Maintain and update databases of property listings, comparable sales, and market statistics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Create, maintain and update rent and sale comparable analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and provide research-driven solutions to client inquiries.
Prerequisites:
- California resident
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment
- Strong attention to detail
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 0-2 years (Preferred)
- HubSpot: 0-2 years (Preferred, Not Required)
