We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for preparing budgets for our general account and corporate investment portfolios. In this role, you will analyze investment income, compare it to budgets, and work with different teams to provide accurate financial projections. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and a strong team player.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare income projections and evaluate investment performance
- Analyze investment revenue, asset balances, and general business conditions
- Collaborate with the investments team to understand the impact of investment decisions on earnings
- Assist in explaining income variances to actuals and budgets for all segments
- Use technology to improve and automate models and reports
- Effectively communicate complex financial/investment performance to management
- Support junior analysts and assist with special projects
Requirements:- 3-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or investments
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- Understanding of financial markets and securities
- Skills in forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and yield calculations
- Strong understanding of accounting
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and desire to contribute to the team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications:- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced education
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Oracle, VBA preferred)

Base Salary Range:$78,600.00 - $111,000.00
The salary range above represents the typical range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, education, and skills.
