Founded in 1962, this global non-profit drives change with preeminent thought leadership, actionable solutions and a galvanized community of multinational corporations that accelerate and advance women into leadership roles. They’re in the middle of a massive digital transformation and they’re looking for a UX/UI expert with strong, hands-on digital production experience to help create an intuitive, customer-centric website. As the UX/UI Designer, you will think holistically and back up all design decisions with data. You will report to the Senior Digital Director to iteratively improve the usability of the site, with the goal of increasing supporter engagement. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop digital experiences and web products that increase user engagement and support organizational objectives. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the website has a best-in-class user experience and adheres to accessibility guidelines. Think UX Design combined with Service Design that accelerates workplace inclusion for women. Plus, you’ll be the first-ever design hire.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX design and is familiar with the full product design lifecycle. You must have strong knowledge of usability standards and best practices for optimization. You’re well-versed in Figma, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suite. You’re adept at analyzing data and incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders. You possess an understanding of website and email analytics, how to benchmark KPIs, and how to interpret engagement data. You must have experience with Google Analytics (GA certification a plus). You’re a proactive creative problem solver and strategic thinker with attention to detail. Plus, you’re passionate about gender equality and excited to work for a company that’s moving the needle forward. Note, you MUST have an online portfolio of work in order to be considered for this role and you MUST be a designer.
