Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our technology team in HR. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience of our digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centric design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Analyze and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions. - Wireframing and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback. - Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment on design goals and priorities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops. - Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design solutions.
Interpret usability test results and implement necessary design improvements. - Information Architecture:
Develop and maintain information architecture, ensuring logical and intuitive user journeys. - Accessibility:
Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards, providing an inclusive experience for all users.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX design or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interactions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
