Gryphon Oakwood is seeking a Vice President of Operations
for a leading EPC contractor within the Solar Energy Market. The company is looking to grow its EPC division and is seeking an experienced individual who has managed and grown strong P/L accounts.
Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the company's renewable energy operations
- Leading teams on Commercial and Ground-Mount Solar Energy projects
- Managing budgets and ensuring that the company's renewable energy operations are profitable
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of all renewable energy projects, including construction, maintenance, and performance monitoring
- Holding safety as the number 1 priority and delivering projects on time and under budget
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to travel to sites across the US
Qualifications:- Must have an Engineering Degree
- 10+ years of experience in the Commercial and Ground-Mount Solar Energy space, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Experience with building and directly managing teams
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar and battery storage
