Description
We're looking for a Computational Biology Associate Scientist, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Cambridge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality DNA and RNA sequencing data generation in a timely fashion to support all R&D programs that need to take NGS approach to address biological and medical questions.
- Contribute to an external collaboration focused on the development of novel protocols for the differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) into terminal cell types suitable for cell-based therapies.
- Work closely with a cross-disciplinary team of biologists and bioinformatic scientists to apply novel computational techniques.
