We are a fast-growing venture that is laser-focused on building a real estate platform that will be the great equalizer, giving the average person a way to compete and win in a housing market that is increasingly skewed toward cash buyers and institutional investors.
This role is 100% remote. We tend to work EST/CT hours, but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10-20% travel (2-4 days a month).
Your responsibilities:
- Develop RealSure Public Relations strategies to reach prioritized audiences including consumers and field agents.
- Lead corporate communications efforts that elevate company goals through thought leadership, corporate storytelling, and internal communications.
- Oversee relationship with PR agency of record and ensure brand messaging is leading the conversation in relevant consumer media outlets.
- Drive community building in RealSure markets through the development of on-the-ground community programming and events.
- Create a best-in-class crisis management and response team.
- Develop innovative strategies for localized marketing and identify partnership opportunities.
- Participate as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team to shape brand goals and KPIs.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 10 years of public relations experience with strong consumer exposure.
- 5 years of experience managing people, department and/or function.
- A proven track record for supporting new brands and driving creative storytelling.
- Experience in crisis management.
- Ability to think creatively to integrate problem-solving.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple constituents.
- Brings extensive trends, media, and influencer connections.
- Skilled in managing and prioritizing shifting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and dynamic communication skills.
- A leader who effectively attracts and retains exceptional talent.
- Readiness to scale and make an impact on a growing organization.
This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
