THE OPPORTUNITY: VICE PRESIDENT OF EDUCATION & ENGAGEMENT
The Boston Symphony Orchestra seeks a Vice President of Education and Engagement to develop and oversee comprehensive music education programs targeted at diverse audiences, from children to adults, ensuring these initiatives align with the BSO’s artistic and organizational priorities. The VP cultivates and maintains partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other constituent entities to expand the BSO’s presence and impact in the communities of Boston and the Berkshires. Additionally, the VP plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s outreach and educational efforts by coordinating with key constituents to update, refine, and implement the BSO’s equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy, education, and community engagement agendas. The salary range for this position is $200,000-$250,000 annually with a generous benefits package.
