The Regional Vice President of Operations oversees the daily operations in our Northeast Region, specifically in Massachusetts. We are seeking a talented and hard-working person to ensure exemplary service. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves type of position. Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of operations experience at a Vice Presidential level
- Strong customer service skills
- Executive level leadership abilities
Essential Position Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Operations Management staff, evaluating their effectiveness in carrying out required client and company objectives
- Security Industry experience is not required, although the candidate must demonstrate skills and experience equivalent to or exceeding the position
- This is a 24-hour-a-day business that never closes
- Conduct proactive evaluations of risk management and risk mitigation
