Position Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of our product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, marketing, and sales to drive product innovation and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and optimize product offerings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for the product internally and externally, including participating in customer meetings, industry events, and thought leadership activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or similar.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with people with differing viewpoints.
- Strong customer facing skills including sales support, interviews/research, and customer success analysis.
- Proven ability to set a vision, translate the vision into a roadmap, and inspire/lead cross-functional engineering, UX, Product Marketing, partner and sales team to bring the product to market.
- Ability to deliver on commitments and work autonomously.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced start-up environment and managing nuanced tradeoffs.
- Creative thinker who thrives on solving challenging problems with analytical thinking, and is focused on adding customer value and ROI.
- Good understanding of technology with the ability to hold your own in debates with technical architects and engineers.
