Gastroenterologist: Bridgton and Rumford
Central Maine Medical Center is actively recruiting for a full-time Gastroenterologist for our Bridgton and Rumford locations. This position will be split between both Bridgton and Rumford hospitals. Our health system, which consists of a 250-bed facility in Lewiston and Critical Access Hospitals in both Bridgton and Rumford, employs 400+ providers throughout a wide range of medical and surgical services, with 50% being primary care providers. We place great emphasis on quality and safety, leading to CMMC being recognized with an 'A' Leapfrog rating in 2018. Additionally, both Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital were recognized as 2018 Top Rural Hospitals by The Leapfrog Group.
This position will require very limited call coverage!

Rumford Region:
A beautiful, rural area, the town is located in west-central Maine’s Oxford County and is surrounded by forests, mountains, rivers, and lakes. This area boasts many recreational opportunities for boating, swimming, and fishing; and it’s also home to the largest waterfall east of Niagara.
