- BLS
- ACLS
- Critical Care or IMC Course
- Smoke Free Facility
- Unit accepts first time travelers
- Locals Accepted: Out of state travelers only
- Traveler will float to a medsurg assignment if no SCU level patient on unit

Post Cardiac Arrest
DKA
Cardiac Dysrhythmia requiring IV drips
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: ED physician, nursing supervisor, and Respiratory therapy in house 24/7. Critical patients requiring ventilator support typically transferred to larger facility.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Telemetry monitoring. Capnography capabilities.
UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, CERNER, SBAR UNIT ORIENTATION: 24hrs – Two twelve hour shifts for orientation. SCRUBS: Navy Blue COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – No Exemptions
