Duties:
- Provide legal advice and counsel on private equity fund formation, including structuring and drafting fund documentation.
- Assist with the creation and negotiation of partnership agreements, investment management agreements, and related fund operational documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence for private equity transactions and investment opportunities.
- Support clients in regulatory compliance matters and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external advisors to facilitate fund formation and operational processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting private equity funds and investment operations.
- Prepare and review legal opinions, memoranda, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.

Education:
