General Manager

The General Manager will lead the management team and crew to embody the company's vision: “Travel Well. Eat Well. Be Well.” You will oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on customer service and employee satisfaction.

- Previous restaurant/food service management experience required
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Manage inventory, purchase food and supplies with a focus on quality and cost
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically
- Be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
- Organize staffing and coach team members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
Physical Requirements:
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Be able to work on your feet for several hours
- Lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $50000 - $70000 / year
