Description:
The Sales Enablement Coordinator is a key component of the Enterprise Sales team, working closely with Business Development Directors, Enterprise Account Executives, and leadership. This role provides administrative support that enhances the overall performance of the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with team members to build and maintain the necessary back-office infrastructure to support the Enterprise Sales team.
- Management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights to help drive sales strategies and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including team calls, customer meetings, and sales results.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, processing sales, and managing customer inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, tradeshows, and training sessions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors and resources.
- Identify opportunities for improving sales processes and implement these improvements.
- Analyze customer data for cross-selling opportunities and help generate new leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, marketing or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
