Work together win together: The Vice President of Partnerships will report to the Senior Vice President of Tech & Data Channels and Alliances. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to execute partner deals crucial to Epsilon's goals. Efficiently engage with various internal departments (legal, marketing, finance, technology, product, sales) and work closely with Partner Executives, Sales and Enablement teams.

Your role will involve crafting innovative solutions and joint value propositions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data infrastructure to meet our clients' evolving needs. You will ensure that our partnerships align with Epsilon's strategic initiatives, ultimately contributing to our mission of purposeful innovation in the Data & Technology Solutions space.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with companies that can bundle or package our offerings as part of their core products through various mechanisms like resale, co-sale, or white label.
- Implement and lead a cross-functional partnership management methodology to achieve forecasted annual revenue growth.
- Align with Epsilon business leaders to ensure partnership deals meet critical strategic initiatives and objectives.
- Regularly review and optimize partnership and solution performance, identify opportunities, and manage risks.
- Meet key annual revenue and margin quota targets by partner.
- Directly contribute to product revenue goals by leveraging partner channels.
- Increase Epsilon product awareness through strategic partner relationships.
- Organize Epsilon’s strategy for efficient and effective interactions with partners.
What you’ll bring with you:
- 10+ years in Advertising & AdTech, Marketing & MarTech, Agency & System Integrator, Data Infrastructure, and Consumer Data & Identity ecosystems. Must have MarTech partnership experience.
- Proven track record of 7+ years in partnership development and management, delivering high revenue growth.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, build partnership strategies, and develop financial/business models.
- Experience in creating new partnership solutions and joint value propositions that result in win-win alliances.
- Experience building channel strategies and related collateral, including playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, and partner enablement materials.
- Strong relationship-building and influence management skills.
- Highly credible communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of loyalty marketing, omni-channel communications, marketing automation, customer data collection/usage, mobile, and other customer-related technologies.
- Ability to work efficiently with diverse internal teams (legal, marketing, finance, technology, product, sales, etc.).
- Ready to travel on a semi-regular basis for partner meetings and conferences.
- Educational Background: BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00
(In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible.)
