POSITION SUMMARY:
National CineMedia is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Director to contribute to our sales team. The Account Director will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering strategic advertising solutions within the assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs, and aligning National CineMedia's offerings to meet those requirements effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within the designated territory or accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the VP/Senior Account Director and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches that showcase the value proposition of National CineMedia's services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- X years (specify the required years) of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or relevant sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR CHICAGO APPLICANTS:
Salary: Base Salary of approximately $100,000 annually plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
