About the Role
The purpose of the IFM Program Director is to lead the management of teams responsible for the delivery of the new Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Data Standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data intuitive, and have excellent communication skills which will be leveraged to present data analytical reports in an accurate and influential manner.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor the progress of Global Workplace Solutions accounts on their journey to enhance their Asset and Work Order data quality.
- Coordinate and manage several cross-functional teams. Establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
- Lead data governance initiative for a new standard of data required for facilities management teams and serve as a point of contact for clients.
- Interact and collaborate with various account and sector leadership teams to keep data-driven quarterly and annual reports on target and with a desired level of data reliability and accuracy.
- Facilitate quarterly and annual data analytic asset and work order reports by leveraging company software such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, SmartSheet, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Deliver results of the data analytical reports to sector and account leaders through PowerPoint presentations and timely scheduled meetings.
- Report the status of individual accounts and sectors to senior leadership.
- Oversee this cross-functional project and associated teams from end to end. Ensure all functions remain on schedule, issues get resolved, and the program is completed successfully.
- Manage internal relationships in support of the program.
- Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers that impact departmental and cross-functional performance, including but not limited to CMMS, IFM Work Order Data, Asset Data, Dashboard Reporting, and an overall strategic view of the IFM business.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Persuade managers and other colleagues to act while being guided by the organization's functional business plans. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal.
- Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
- Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results within a function.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a functional knowledge of Tableau dashboard reporting, PowerBi, and SmartSheet.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
