Overview:
The General Manager of the CoralTree Residence Collection is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of multiple homeowner’s associations and vacation rental operations in Snowmass Village, Colorado. This senior leader will drive strategic growth initiatives, ensuring the company’s vision, service culture, and brand standards are embraced and effectively implemented. The General Manager will lead a team of property General Managers, Association Managers, and senior leaders across various functions to deliver exceptional service, maintain property standards, and achieve operational objectives. This role will play a pivotal part in identifying and acquiring new residential resorts and homeowner’s association management contracts, contributing to the company’s strategic growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple homeowner’s associations and vacation rental complexes in Snowmass Village, ensuring the highest levels of service and operational standards.
- Lead and manage a diverse team including property General Managers, Association Managers, and senior leaders from operations, accounting, sales and marketing, and human resources.
- Collaborate with the corporate and regional offices to implement and uphold CoralTree’s vision, service culture, and brand standards while maintaining each property’s unique identity.
- Spearhead growth acquisition initiatives to expand the CoralTree Residence Collection, actively seeking opportunities for new residential resorts and homeowner’s association management contracts.
- Foster a culture of unity, teamwork, and excellence, inspiring leaders and associates to exceed expectations of owners, guests, and associates.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with property leaders, regional team members, senior company executives, and elected board members and owners of the associations.
- Maintain and enhance property standards, optimizing owner returns and delivering exceptional service to owners and guests.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with CoralTree’s goals and objectives, ensuring the success and profitability of the managed properties.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare and manage budgets, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of each property.
- Represent CoralTree Residence Collection at community and industry events, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Senior Vice President and other senior executives on operational performance, growth initiatives, and strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a multi-property General Manager operating and positioning a seasonal property.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably with experience managing homeowner’s associations and vacation rental operations.
- Strong track record of driving growth and achieving strategic objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
