We are working with a client in downtown Chicago in search of a Sr. Change Manager for a W2 contract opening. This role does require some onsite work in the city.
A best-in-class consumer digital servicing platform providing full control of user experience, enabling digital innovation, and offering competitive & differentiated capabilities.
The main function of a change manager at this level is to lead large programs or multiple cross-functional projects. This role oversees a portfolio of projects for a discipline and serves as a credible expert and advisor directly involved in project and/or program management. The specialist is responsible for the development of project or change management standards and best practices for the capability, as well as supervising others.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads large, complex and/or critical cross-functional change initiatives or transformations to drive adoption and sustainment; Leads production of project charter with business sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s); facilitates shared meaning and commitment to goals.
- Deploys change tools to drive adoption of new behaviors.
- Defines change plan milestones and deliverables and manages assignments to completion.
- Drives project outcomes and ensures achievement of benefits.
- Develops and facilitates organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan.
- Ensures timely identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
- Facilitates the establishment of methodology, tools, quality control, and teaches capability's practitioners.
- Establishes credibility for the discipline by leading educational sessions with cross-functional partners; helps people understand the intersection of business process and organization structure.
- Challenges fundamental assumptions about existing business processes.
- Partners with others to reengineer/redesign processes.
Must Have Requirement:
- Strong with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
- People Change management in Technology Change / Technology process changes
- Experience working with ADKAR change management model
- Experience completing Impact assessments
- Experience completing Sustainment plans
- Familiarity with Sponsorship model
- Change management marketing communications for customer-facing technical projects
- Background with Change management marketing communications on technical implementations that is customer facing
