Principal duties and responsibilities:
As the Campus Executive Director, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that will shape the success of our Union Campus. Your key duties will include:
- Building a campus environment that recognizes and values diversity, is inclusive, and addresses the unique needs of a diverse workforce, patient population, and community.
- Ensuring that the organization's vision, values, strategic goals, and objectives are operationalized on the campus, resulting in high-quality outcomes in an efficient, effective, and patient/caregiver-centered environment.
- Championing continuous improvement and fostering a culture of problem-solving and rapid deployment of solutions.
- Influencing and implementing change and transformation, both strategically and operationally.
- Actively engaging as a liaison with the community and local authorities/jurisdictions to address patient needs, such as access, patient experience, and vital services, while considering social determinants of health.
- Providing oversight of the environment of care in collaboration with facilities and support services, including working with the State Department of Health, CMS or deemed authority (i.e., Joint Commission), FDA, and local authorities having jurisdiction.
Education and experience requirements:
To be considered for the role of Campus Executive Director, you must meet the following requirements:
- Master's degree required, preferably an MHA, MSN, MBA, or a related degree. Equivalent experience in the field will also be considered.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in effectively managing healthcare operations, financials, and development.
- Progressive management experience in a hospital environment with a demonstrated track record of success in matrixed operating structures.
- Experience delivering results through collaboration and influence with a variety of partners.
